We are flexible and adaptable. We have had to be to apply Lean tools and techniques to environments where being exposed to the process can be harmful – Visual Management, Pull, Kanban and the like have to be adapted from their automotive origins to work in these sorts of environments.

This will usually mean working with a team of client personnel, facilitating workshops where we bring concepts, knowledge and experience to be adapted to your business. This way recommendations and actions are owned by your team – they become your team’s ideas, recommendations and actions – not ours
We only deliver the services required. If we raise a topic or suggest something, it is because we think there will be a benefit to you.
We are about transferring knowledge and skill, allowing you and your team to continue to improve long after we have left. We prefer to adapt our materials to you, to adopt your terminology and jargon, to talk to your own business processes and systems, and where possible to provide experiential learning.
